A unique dwarf form featuring dramatic silvery variegated foliage. Leaves are marked with long white stripes suffused with a pink tint that varies with seasonal light. Blooms around midsummer in green inflorences, fading to straw color in the late season. Small stature is ideal for edging, to animate rock gardens or in containers for textural accents. Preferred for front of the border or to plant in mass to compound both foliage and flower visibility. Prefers cooler climates and damp conditions of northern regions; performs poorly in dry heat.

Full sun, part shade in south. Moderate growth to less than 1 foot tall and as wide.
